She is dedicated legal professional with extensive expertise in drafting and handling a range of commercial matters. She is proficient in preparing Commercial Suits for recovery, Complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Original Applications before DRT. Her legal research extends to various areas of Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Cheque Bounce cases, Recovery procedures, SARFAESI and the Commercial law. She has appeared, argued, and assisted in court proceedings at various judicial forums, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, District Court of Delhi, Consumer Forum, and Adjudicating Authority under DRT and NCLT. She brings wealth of experience in handling recovery cases independently at district courts and settling commercial disputes through mediation.
