Ravi Kumar is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since September 2019. An alumnus of the University of Delhi, he is presently associated with Krishan Kumar and Associates as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining Krishan Kumar and Associates, he worked closely with Senior Counsels and leading law firms, gaining substantial experience in high-stakes litigation, legal strategy, and complex dispute resolution. Over the years, he has built a diverse practice spanning Civil, Commercial, Arbitration, Criminal, and Matrimonial matters. He represents leading corporates, statutory bodies, multinational companies, and individual clients.
Ravi regularly appears before judicial and quasi-judicial forums across India, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. His practice also extends to trial courts, appellate forums, writ jurisdictions, and commercial arbitrations.
