Mr. Atul Sheopuri has more than 35 years of experience of being a senior law executive and has worked with leading NBFCs/ banks in the past, including Escorts Finance Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd. His core field of experience lies in litigation pertaining to corporate law, Consumer Law, Arbitration, 138 NI Act, Insurance and other General Civil Laws. He has vast experience in the fields of Real Estate and land laws of Delhi and Haryana. He has handled drafting and vetting of commercial agreements, due-diligence & litigation. In the settlement of claims and in the execution of awards or decrees passed by the Courts of competent jurisdiction, Mr. Sheopuri’s contribution assumes major importance, if experience and knowledge are reckoned as most essential attributes necessary to achieve the above objectives.
