Nitin Pal

Mr. Nitin Pal is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. He is a practicing lawyer in litigation, specializing in the fields of banking and civil matters. Presently, at the firm, he majors in drafting agreements, pleadings, evidence and arguments. He is actively involved in putting in appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, subordinate Courts, DRATs and Debt Recovery Tribunals. He, upon guidance of Mr. Krishan Kumar, has developed quite a pragmatic approach towards dealing with clients, practical aspects of the underlying matters and legal ramifications. He has successfully contested writ petitions filed by tenants, filed against banks, seeking stay of SARFAESI proceedings in favor of Banks and FIs.
